As a musician himself, Tim understands other musicians.  He’s been there, done it.  He listens too, listens to an artist’s soundscape vision, and helps them to achieve it, bringing out the very best in that artist. 

He identifies with creative people and works closely with artists, and is supportive through what can sometimes prove to be a tortuous process until the sound that they want, the arrangement, the production, is achieved.

He is an experienced programmer, working with several top artists and companies.
